Chris Kroeze and Michael Shynes are BACK AGAIN, returning to The Park Center for two incredible shows during The 2026 American Birkebeiner. These two exceptional singer-songwriters are back to build on last years sold out shows. If you missed them last year, you missed a doozy and we expect no less in 2026.
Kroeze and Shynes return for another two night stand during the Birkie. The two together make for an unforgettable evening of fun, music and who knows where the muse will take them.
Chris is the 2018 Runner Up on NBC’s THE VOICE, had the TOP 5 Country Song “Human” (iTunes TOP 100), was featured in USA Today and Rolling Stone / #1 ROCK Song (iTunes). A small town boy who loves the outdoors through and through, Kroeze still lives in Barron, Wisconsin with his wife and can’t imagine raising his two children anywhere else. Singer and songwriter Chris Kroeze connects with both the hearts and minds of audiences across various generations through his genuine country soul and his unique and alluring vocal delivery.
Michael Shynes has become one of the most sought after performers in the Midwest. Being a self-taught musician from a small town, he seemed to build a career out of nothing more than pure hustle and soulful songwriting. Even though the music itself often oscillates from Folk to Pop to R&B to Country and then back again, the intent behind it is the unifying ingredient. The unmistakeable truth that it never strives to be anything less than genuine and authentic.
Shynes has worked to become one of the most sought after performers in the Midwest. His partnership with Kroeze has grown over the years and we are excited to have them call The Park Center their "home" during Birkie week. The two together make for an unforgettable evening of fun, music and who knows where the muse will take them.
